The EPC 2027 Meeting will be hosted at Strawberry Fields, located within the Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena in Stockholm.
The venue offers modern conference facilities, state-of-the-art technology, and spacious areas designed to accommodate scientific sessions, networking, and exhibitions.

HOW TO GET THERE

Stockholm is well connected internationally and served primarily by Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN), the largest airport in Sweden, located approximately 40 km north of the city center.

FROM STOCKHOLM ARLANDA AIRPORT TO SOLNA (venue) / STOCKHOLM CITY center

Arlanda Express: direct train from Arlanda Airport to Stockholm Central Station, approx. 20 minutes. Does not stop in Solna (venue).

SL commuter train 40 or 41: from Arlanda Airport to Solna Station, approx. 30 minutes (6 stops). Solna Station is a short walk from the Congress venue and hotel. Recommended for delegates staying at the venue hotel.
The same line continues on to Stockholm Central Station, for those needing to reach the city centre.

Taxis are available 24/7 but not recommended, as they are significantly more expensive and can be slower due to traffic.
The journey typically takes 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. Licensed taxis available directly outside the terminals. Use official airport taxi providers only; agree on a fixed price or request a metered fare in advance.

FROM STOCKHOLM CENTRAL STATION TO SOLNA (CONGRESS VENUE)

The Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena is located in Solna, just north of Stockholm city center, and is very well connected by public transport. If you are planning to stay in Stockholm city center, we recommend choosing accommodation near Stockholm Central Station: this area offers excellent connections to the venue via direct commuter train, with journey times of just a few minutes.

SL commuter train 40 or 41: direct connection, approx. 6–8 minutes.

From Solna Station, it’s approximately a 10-15 minute walk to the venue.

We strongly encourage delegates to use public transport rather than taxis: it is fast, affordable, and the most convenient way to reach the venue, especially during congress hours. Taxis are available 24/7, the journey typically takes 20-25 minutes depending on traffic, but not recommended, as they are significantly more expensive and can be slower due to traffic.

All public transport in Stockholm is operated by SL. We recommend purchasing a Single Journey Ticket or 72h/7 days Travelcard if you plan to travel frequently during the congress days or if you stay longer in Stockholm.
